3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

By booking an appointment, clients agree to the studio’s cancellation and payment policies.

5. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

Clients may cancel appointments free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the appointment value.

Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice (“no-show”) may be charged 100% of the appointment value.

Policies may be updated at any time.

6. PAYMENTS

Services rendered are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

At A.B. SKINCARE STUDIO, appointment times are reserved specifically for each client.

Appointment Cancellations

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the appointment value.

No-Show Appointments

Clients who fail to attend an appointment without notice may be charged 100% of the appointment value.

Late Arrivals

Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time or appointment cancellation depending on schedule availability.

Refunds

All completed services are final sale and non-refundable.

Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with treatment results, as skincare outcomes vary by individual.

Verified duplicate or accidental payments may be refunded.

Products & Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise required by law.
